When I founded Shajib Tex Engineering, it was with a clear vision: to serve Bangladesh’s booming textile sector with world-class engineering support rooted in integrity, innovation, and hard-earned experience. As someone who has witnessed the transformation of our garments industry over the past decades, I knew that to remain globally competitive, we needed more than just labor and raw materials—we needed efficiency, technology, and reliable engineering partnerships.

At Shajib Tex Engineering, our goal is simple yet profound: to support the backbone of our economy—our textile and apparel manufacturers—by providing them with dependable machinery, skilled maintenance services, and personalized technical consultation.
